Draft. This bio is a first draft for Jordan to edit before the page goes live.
The My Car Concierge car care guides are written by the team behind My Car Concierge, a bidding marketplace for automotive service that launched in 2025.
My Car Concierge was founded by Jordan Zanetis. As a part-time rideshare driver, Jordan serviced his vehicle far more often than the average owner, which meant constantly searching for mechanics, calling around for quotes, and hoping whoever answered the phone would be straight with him. He built My Car Concierge so that providers bid for the work instead.
Outside of My Car Concierge, Jordan works as a QA Manager in food manufacturing, where he leads quality teams and manages BRC and SQF food safety certification audits. That operational discipline (verification, traceability, accountability) is built into how My Car Concierge handles money, providers, and trust.
More about the company is on the About page and the Founder Programs page.
